QPR (Quality Patch Repair) is a pre-mixed, open-graded cold patch made with 100 percent crushed, washed aggregate and a special blend of asphalt cements, anti-stripping additives and adhesive agents.

QPR is much more effective than traditional cut-back, cold mixes because of its tenacious binding adhesive. Even when applied to wet or frozen potholes, QPR will compact with the back of a shovel and may then be opened to traffic immediately. The combination of materials in QPR resists rutting while providing excellent bearing strength. Where other cold mix materials may ravel and lift out because the base asphalt material will not adhere to the aggregate or because the cut-back agents enlarge the original hole, QPR will continue to perform.

QPR can be used in wet and dry conditions and in temperatures from minus 15 degrees through 100 degrees F. QPR will adhere to steel, concrete and asphalt surfaces. It is ideal for utility cuts, railway crossings and, of course, potholes and broken edges on parking areas, streets and highways. QPR breathes under severe freeze/thaw conditions and will heal itself. Stockpile QPR outdoors, uncovered, for up to two years.
